Campers should arrive ready for movement, training, and outdoor activity. Please label all personal items with your child’s first and last name.
Properly fitted gear helps campers participate safely and confidently. Camp Caliday provides shared equipment such as balls, nets, goals, and training tools. Campers should bring any personal gear that must be sized specifically, including:

A few simple items help support camper comfort, safety, and readiness throughout the day.
Medical devices required for daily participation are permitted and should be communicated to camp staff in advance so we can support your child appropriately.
Campers must be dropped off by 9 a.m. at the church building on the Notre Dame Prep campus. A parent or authorized guardian must sign campers in and out each day. Always have a photo ID.
Campers must be picked up by 4 p.m. at the church building. Campers are released only to individuals listed on enrollment forms. Any changes to authorized pick-up must be communicated in advance.
Before care is available from 7 to 9 a.m. and after care from 4 to 6 p.m. Before and after care must be selected during enrollment and are available for an additional weekly fee.
Campers bring a packed lunch each day, labeled. Lunch is eaten indoors in a climate-controlled dining area. Refrigeration is available if needed and a microwave is available for heating food. Camp Caliday provides two snacks daily.
Water stations are available throughout campus. Campers should bring a labeled refillable water bottle. Everyone is encouraged to drink water throughout the day.
Allergy-aware spaces are used during meals and snacks. Families should note all dietary needs and allergies on required health forms.
Our staff holds current CPR and First Aid certification. Minor injuries are treated on-site, and families are contacted immediately if additional care is needed.
In the event of illness, campers are moved to a supervised rest area. If they need to go home, parents are contacted. Please keep children home if they are sick to support a healthy camp environment.
Medication requires completed authorization forms and must arrive in original packaging with clear labels. Medication is stored on site and not transported daily. Refrigerated medication is stored securely. Campers may self-carry emergency medication only with written consent from both a parent/guardian and a licensed prescriber.

We send daily updates via email and text during camp hours, as well as through the parent portal. You can contact camp for any urgent communications and we will respond as quickly as possible.
