Sports Programs and Weekly Structure

How each week at camp supports training and focus.

Weekly Structure

Camp Caliday sports programs are organized by week, with each session built around a clear focus that guides training and daily activities. This structure gives athletes consistency while allowing room for progression and variety throughout the summer.

Families select the weeks they wish to attend at the time of enrollment. Campers may participate for a single week, several weeks, or the full summer, depending on availability and interest.
